The Quiet Life Hoeckel Short Sleeve Button Down Shirt

Cut to a regular fit with a button through front and collar neckline, this white 100% cotton Hoeckel Short Sleeve Button Down Shirt from The Quiet Life features an all over print designed by multidisciplinary artist Beth Hoeckel. The colourful print includes a random selection of objects taken from vintage magazines first published between the 1940s - 1970s alongside bright brush strokes. On the left side of the chest a small patch pocket has been cut from the same fabric to sit subtly against the rest of the design. Layerable over a t-shirt or vest, the hem of the body has a slight curve.

Based in Austin TX, Beth Hoeckel is known for her imaginative collage designs that draw inspiration from travel, space and treasure hunting. As part of an ongoing project which sees guest artists bring their creative style to a selection of products from The Quiet Life, a range of t-shirts, sweats and beach apparel has been reworked with colourful designs unique to the collaboration.
